ChatGPT Agent runs on a virtual machine, allowing seamless switching between:
- Visual browser (to click, scroll, fill forms).

- APIs (to access apps like Gmail, GitHub, Calendar).
It breaks tasks into logical steps using a built-in planner and controller, then executes them with your ongoing oversight.
Safety & Control
